Surveys

Create powerful surveys to gather feedback, measure satisfaction, and conduct research

What are surveys?

Surveys are specialized data collection tools designed for gathering opinions, feedback, and insights from your audience. Unlike forms that collect factual information, surveys focus on measuring attitudes, satisfaction, preferences, and experiences.

Ask Users provides a comprehensive survey builder with advanced question types like Likert scales and ranking questions, along with built-in analytics to help you understand and visualize response data.

Difference from forms

While forms and surveys share similar capabilities, they're optimized for different purposes:

Forms

  • • Collect factual information
  • • Lead capture and contact details
  • • Registration and applications
  • • One-time data collection
  • • Focus on completion and conversion

Surveys

  • • Gather opinions and feedback
  • • Measure satisfaction and sentiment
  • • Research and data analysis
  • • Recurring feedback collection
  • • Focus on insights and analytics

Tip: Use forms when you need specific information (like name and email). Use surveys when you want to understand opinions, measure satisfaction, or gather qualitative insights.
