Branding customization
Add your company name and logo to create a professional, branded experience
Overview
Branding your surveys and forms helps build trust and reinforces your company identity. With the branding editor, you can add your company name, upload a custom logo, and control the display of attribution.
Access branding settings by opening your form or survey in the dashboard and clicking on the Branding tab in the settings panel.
Company name
Display your company name prominently at the top of your forms and surveys. This helps users quickly identify who is collecting their responses.
Company name settings:
- Text: Enter your company or brand name
- Alignment: Choose left, center, or right alignment
Tip
The company name appears in the header of your form and is one of the first things users see. Keep it short and recognizable for maximum impact.
Logo customization
Upload your company logo to strengthen brand recognition and create a more professional appearance. Logos are automatically optimized for fast loading.
Logo specifications:
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
- Maximum file size: 5MB
- Recommended: PNG or SVG with transparent background
- Auto-compression: Images are automatically compressed for optimal performance
Logo settings
Dimensions
Control the exact size of your logo display:
- Width: 50px to 400px
- Height: 20px to 200px
Position
Choose whether your logo appears at the top or bottom of the form.
Alignment
Align your logo to the left, center, or right of the form.
Best practices
- Use high-resolution logos to ensure crisp display on all devices
- PNG or SVG formats with transparent backgrounds work best
- Keep logo dimensions proportional to maintain quality
- Test your logo on both light and dark backgrounds
- Recommended logo width: 150-250px for optimal visibility
Powered by badge
By default, a small "Powered by Ask Users" badge appears at the bottom of your forms. You can toggle this badge on or off based on your preference.
Badge options:
- Show badge: Display the "Powered by Ask Users" attribution
- Hide badge: Remove the attribution for a fully white-labeled experience
Note
Hiding the "Powered by" badge is optional. Many users choose to keep it as a subtle indicator of the platform powering their forms, while others prefer a completely branded experience.
Quick start guide
- Open your form or survey in the dashboard
- Click on the Branding tab in the settings panel
- Enter your company name and choose alignment
- Upload your logo and adjust dimensions as needed
- Set logo position and alignment
- Toggle the "Powered by" badge as desired
- Preview your changes in real-time
- Save and publish your form
